Nike+ pushing my cardio limits
Today was a tougher run with cooler temperature ~ 50º F but it seemed cooler and affected my breathing. I took a 1 minute pause with 4 min. left. At least I pushed my distance in preparation for a 5K in Dallas before Thanksgiving week. My totals look like this:
It'd be nice to have some widgets from Nike+ to display log data in blogs! They're been improving the service steadily so maybe they'll surprise us.
